The moment of a girl’s first menstrual cycle is one of the most powerful transitions in her life. In many cultures, this passage into womanhood is honored as sacred, yet in today’s world it is often overlooked or even surrounded by shame.
At Florezka, we believe that a girl’s first menstruation should be remembered as a beautiful and empowering milestone – filled with love, respect, and joy.
That is why we created “The Sacred First Blood” – Menarche Celebrations, designed to support girls aged 9–14 and their caregivers in welcoming this new chapter with honor and care.

Each ceremony is personalized and can be held either in your own home or in a recommended venue surrounded by nature. It tipically includes:

Introduction & Discovery of Menstruation:
Gentle, age-appropriate guidance on what menstruation is, what to expect, and how to embrace this natural rhythm without fear or shame. -
Family & Caregiver Circle:
A safe and supportive space where women in the family circle can share their wisdom, blessings, and stories with the young girl -
Surprise Bag with Menstrual Treasures:
A carefully curated gift including natural menstrual products, a cycle journal, herbal teas, self-care items, and symbolic objects to support her first cycles with love. -
Sacred Ritual & Creative Expression:
Simple, beautiful rituals such as candle-lighting, flower offerings, song, or creating a personal altar – plus creative activities -
Mini Family Retreat Option:
A half-day or full-day experience where the family comes together for connection, games, storytelling, and rituals that celebrate womanhood across generations
